We've had several trades in over the past few months and none have been such a delight to have in the house. Despite me saying multiple times they could wear their boots inside, the team still left them by the door every time. They were polite, personable, despite it feeling like there were 50 people in the house, at no stage was my intention work or living comfort compromised. I'd underestimated the amount of work involved in changing your entire heating and cooling system but your team made it a smooth process.
